Week #2

The half share this week includes: salad greens, pac choi, scallions, kohlrabi, and head lettuce.

After what felt like a long winter and even longer spring, we are so excited to be eating fresh, tender salad greens every week. We hope you are, too, and getting inspired to make different yummy dishes!

A monstrous head of Pac Choi is coming your way this week, so it’s the perfect time to share with you a favorite recipe: Sarah’s Pac Choi Hop (see below)!

Ok, Kohlrabi again, you say? Yes! There are some really amazing things you can do with kohlrabi, like roasted with hazelnuts, caramelized kohlrabi soup, and kohlrabi fries. Honestly, I’m pretty excited to try all three this week, guess I’ll need more than one kohlrabi after all!

Wishing you all a joyful week!

Love, your Winslow Farm Crew
